End User License Agreement
This is a basic agreement for GloveBox. It should be reviewed by qualified counsel before relying on it for production use.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, signing in, or using GloveBox, you agree to this End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. License to use GloveBox
GloveBox grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your internal financial reporting and month-end close work.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of the financial records, statements, workbooks, files, and other information you upload or create in GloveBox. You grant GloveBox permission to store, process, and display that information solely to provide the service to you.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use GloveBox to violate laws, infringe rights, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or misuse another person's data.
6. Third-party services
GloveBox may connect with services such as accounting, payroll, banking, or payment platforms. Your use of those services remains governed by their own terms and policies.
7. Availability and changes
GloveBox may change, suspend, or discontinue features over time. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
8. No professional advice
GloveBox helps organize and report financial information, but it does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and consulting qualified professionals when needed.
9. Disclaimer
GloveBox is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GloveBox will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Termination
You may stop using GloveBox at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate this agreement or if continued access creates risk to the service or other users.
12. Updates to this agreement
We may update this agreement from time to time. Continued use of GloveBox after an update means you accept the revised agreement.
